The staff was always smiling and willing to help. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs, and the service at meals was excellent. The breakfast spread was great, and we enjoyed the variety of options available. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the heated pool was a pleasant addition. The hotel's location worked well for us, as it was close enough to walk into the old town for restaurants and explore the city centre. Additionally, the free parking facility made it convenient for us to drive to the beach and other attractions in the area.

Staff friendly, room size good, and bed comfortable. Arrived at 12 and could use room immediately. Pool is relaxed, 10 min walk to city center. Some language barrier, but patient and competent staff. Child-friendly atmosphere. Looking forward to future stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! First of all, the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. It was just a short drive to the beach and a pleasant walk to the charming old town. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the manager who provided us with valuable information about the area. The hotel was child-friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for families. We were also impressed with the high level of service, from the room service to the housekeeping. The room itself was lovely, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed, such as ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The pool area was a great place to relax, and we appreciated the peaceful and well-maintained garden.
We highly recommend this hotel for families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.
